1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the access, browsing, and use of the Carbon Credit NFT Marketplace ("Marketplace") by its users ("Users" or "you") as well as the services rendered on the Marketplace related to the purchase and sale of carbon offset certificates. By using the Marketplace, you expressly accept all the terms and conditions contained herein.
1.2 This Marketplace is owned and operated by Carbon One Consulting FZCO ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
2.1 The User agrees to provide current, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it current, accurate, and complete.
2.2 Registration requires a valid email address and password, or alternatively, a social login such as Google or Apple ID may be used.
2.3 Email confirmation, phone verification, Polygon blockchain address verification, and a KYC/AML check will be performed as per our protocols to ensure the authenticity and legality of the User.
3.1 Users shall ensure that their activities, including their purchase and sale of carbon offset certificates on the Marketplace, are in compliance with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations.
4.1 Our Marketplace offers the interface for buying and selling carbon offset certificates minted as ERC-1155 tokens on the Polygon blockchain. The Company makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, as to any matter including, without limitation, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or noninfringement.
5.1 All rights to the content of this Marketplace belong to the Company, including all copyrights to images, graphics, text, software applications, source code, and other materials.
6.1 The Company shall not be liable to any User or to any third party for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from disruption or malfunction of the Marketplace or services offered therein.
7.1 The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Marketplace.
8.1 The Company may terminate or suspend a User's account without prior notice or liability if the Company finds the User's actions are in breach of these Terms.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms.
10.1 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, and any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.
